Mohammed's Health Dashboard

1. Who this covers

"Mohammed's Health Dashboard" is a personal app with a single user: its owner, Mohammed Badr. The app does not serve other users or customers, and no customer data is collected or processed.

2. Data accessed

The app reads the following data from the owner's own Google account, via the Google Fitness / Health API, on a read-only basis, and only after the owner explicitly grants OAuth consent:

• Daily step count
• Sleep duration and quality
• Heart rate
• Heart-rate variability (HRV)
• Respiratory rate
• Blood oxygen level
• Weight
• Exercise data

3. How it is used

Data is displayed only to the app's owner, on his own dashboard. Derived daily metrics, such as a stress score and habit tracking, are computed from this data. It is not used for any other purpose.

4. Storage

Data is stored in a private SQLite database, on infrastructure fully controlled by the owner. OAuth tokens are stored in the macOS Keychain or in a permission-restricted local file. Data in transit is transferred over HTTPS in production.

5. Sharing

No data is shared with any third party, there is no advertising, no data is sold, and no data is transferred to any outside entity. The app is entirely personal, and there are no partners it shares data with.

6. Google API Limited Use disclosure

This app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Retention & deletion

Data is kept until the owner chooses to delete it. Access can be revoked at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Deletion requests sent to the contact email are honored, as this is the owner's own data.

8. Changes

Any update to this policy is posted on this same page, with the "last updated" date at the bottom refreshed accordingly.
